Lion Finance Group PLC Notice of 1H26 and 9M26 Results

Lion Finance Group PLC (the “Company” or the “Group“) will publish its unaudited, reviewed consolidated financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2026 (“2Q26 & 1H26”) on Tuesday, 11 August 2026, and its unaudited consolidated financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2026 (“3Q26 & 9M26”) on Wednesday, 4 November 2026. In the interest of providing stakeholders with earlier visibility of the Group’s reporting calendar, this notice covers both upcoming results dates.

The results reports and presentations will be available on the Company’s website at www.lionfinancegroup.uk, and conference calls with investors and analysts will be held on each publication date as detailed below.
