Lion Finance Group PLC publishes its Annual Report 2024

Lion Finance Group PLC (the “Company”) has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 (the “Annual Report 2024”).

The Annual Report 2024 is available on the Company’s website at https://lionfinancegroup.uk. It will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. In compliance with its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company also releases the unedited full text of its Annual Report 2024.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for 16 June 2025. The Notice of the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 2 May 2025
